Current subframe appears to have closed; selecting top frame

Post by kenbo101 on Wed Oct 03, 2012 4:03 pm

Hi

I am looking to automate some tests that access a wireless router UI within the browser (192.168.1.1). I am trying to enter an incorrect username and password which then gives an error message of "The router log in details you've entered are incorrect. You'll find these printed on the bottom of your router". I am able to automate up to this point and right click the message that appears on the screen and choose verifyTextPresent from the right click drop down menu. When I try to play this test back however I see the error "Current subframe appears to have closed; selecting top frame". I have been playing with this for hours now with no luck. Has anyone experienced something similar to this before that could point me in the right direction please?

Many thanks

Ken
