JQUERY Modal Dialogue boxes.

Post by veluruanil on Mon Oct 29, 2012 5:16 pm

Hi,

I have a scenario where when the user logs in with temporary password, it opens a Modal Dialogue box to reset his password. I'm trying to automate the scenario using WebDriver + Java. The problem is i'm not able to work on the modal dialog box, the element aren't recognized by the webdriver.

While using 'GetWindowHandles' method, system displays the count of windows as 1. Selenium does not consider the opened modal window.

I tried using the Alert method as well. But still the selenium does not identify?

Can some one suggest me about how Selenium Webdriver identifies modal dialog box?
