Converting Selenium Test Scripts from C# back to HTML Empty Converting Selenium Test Scripts from C# back to HTML

Sun Oct 26, 2014 9:50 pm
Hi All,

I am fairly new to this forum in which I am seeking some advice. Very Happy

I have been given a project at work to introduce a new testing platform for our web based application. What I would like to do is to create test scripts using selenium and then import these into Visual Studio and then finally run these tests using resharper. However I have come across a small problem.....

I am aware that you are able to export your selenium test scripts to c# however I am unable to import them back into selenium if i want to edit the script again. It seems to be that the conversion is only one way (for example HTML to C# Only?)

If possible can anyone shed me some light on how to do this??

Thank you for your support...

This is not possible. Why aren't you editing them in Visual Studio?

Also, why wouldn't you just edit the original script in Selenium IDE and export again?
