Selenium webdriver issue on IE browser

Hi,

I am facing issue with automating 1 of our application which is hosted on Apache server. I see lots of delay in connecting and creating objects and performing operations on UI. I don't see this on Chrome browser.
Please help me.

Selenium version : 2.41
IE version : 10 +
