Unable to open two files for upload in correct order in same page in webdriver

Hi all,

I am using selenium webdriver for automation of a web application using JAVA.

My scenario is to automate a file upload page with two Browse buttons to upload two files (one pdf and one excel file).

I have used two separate methods to upload file using AutoIt tool. I am calling the two methods in one test case.

Each time i run the test case , two files are getting opened in browse fields in different order.

Also , some times the same file is opened in both the Browse fields.

Please help to figure out the issue.
