Hi there,

Does anyone know the way to read the tags information with Selenium RC in Java?

Thanks!

I achieve it by using JavaScript within Java and getEval function. Something like this:

Code:

        selenium.open("....");

        String script = "";
        script += "    var outStr = '';";
        script += "    var meta = window.document.getElementsByTagName('meta');";
        script += "    for (i = 0; i < meta.length; i++) {";
        script += "        if (meta[i].name = 'subject' && meta[i].content) {";
        script += "            outStr = meta[i].content;";
        script += "        }";
        script += "    }";
        script += "    outStr;";

        String meta = selenium.getEval(script);
        System.err.println(meta);
