Permission denied.....document.domain has not been set

hi
As am new to selenium am trying to run a testcase in java script using eclipse IDE am running the browser is opening but its not logging in just the home page of the site is displayed....and in my company we are using proxy net..the exception is displayed below please reply as soon as possible:
