Using custom (or existing) firefox profile with webdriver
Wed Mar 28, 2012 3:33 am
Hello,
I have just installed selenium and testing it out.
I've just hit the wall, for this test purpose I need my profile of Firefox. Not the one created by selenium.
I need some addons, like adblock and greasemonkey.
If there is safety reason, I can copy my profile and edit it.
But I want to be able to define which profile I wan't to use.
How to do this?
I'm using python script do invoke webdriver and to control it.
Also, I would like to know how to launch specific firefox binary...
Like, if I want to test my script on Firefox portable running in Wine.
I'm using Debian gnu/linux.
