"By" Strategy, Find by Value Empty "By" Strategy, Find by Value

Sat Jun 09, 2012 4:47 am
I am using the Selenium web driver for Firefox. I am also using Java. The web driver allows
you to find elements by id, name, cssselector, etc. But I would like
to find a way to find an element by value.

For example, in source code that looks like this:
name="estimator_entry[question_answers][1][id]" type="hidden"
value="284" />
name="estimator_entry[question_answers][1][response]" type="radio"
value="true" />

name="estimator_entry[question_answers][1][response]" type="radio"
value="false" />

Is there a way to find by value (value="284").

Currently, I can only figure out how to find by id
(id="estimator_entry_question_answers_1_id")
or name (name="estimator_entry[question_answers][1][id]")
