Opening for selenium Test Lead @ zenergytechnologies

We are looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer that specializes in Selenium testing for an 8 week contract with the high possibility of being extended for a year. The position is in Greensboro, NC and may require some travel to Raleigh, NC.

Test Automation Lead Job Description
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and planning ability. Detailed
oriented. Observational.
• Ability to multitask to accomplish workload efficiently.
• Excellent time management.
• Working knowledge of testing concepts, verification and validation techniques, defect management, quantitative methods, risk management and measurement programs.
• Working knowledge of defect tracking, quality principles and testing tools. (Open Source Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to lead and manage test automation team.
• Ability to develop and solve test automation pitfalls
• Proficiency in a variety of software tools and languages, preferable with Java and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge of JAVA coding.
• Framework implementation with Selenium, based on:
o Modular
o Modular/Keyword
o Keyword
o Database
• Develop test automation framework design to include:
o Data strategies
o Environment variations
o Dynamic retrieval of expected results
o Develop user-defined functions and subprocedures
o Work with developer to activate Selenium, Java or .Net extensibility
o Internal data passing
o Work with external API, DLLs, and object model reference
• Agile experience in an Agile development environment.
