Jxl.log File genrated by Maven

Hello anyone can u tell me how to see log file generated by maven.Bcoz i used Maven dependency.and automatically maven has generate the jxl.log file in eclipse IDE,but i am not able to understand these things.

can anybody help me something? then i am able to understand those thing .
