WebDriver + NUnit using App.Config File Empty WebDriver + NUnit using App.Config File

Has anyone successfully used an app.config file in C#+NUnit?  I am using this to store all of my locators for elements and then building a dictionary of these elements to access in my scripts. I have been able to use WebDriver in C# without issues, but when I build scripts on the NUnit framework, it basically ignores my app.config file.

Any ideas?

I am just curious to know why you are not using page factory pattern ?
