Application is not updated properly in the play back

Hi,
When i uncheck an option my application needs to get updated with certain options unavailable this happens while i record using the selenium tool. but when i play back it unchecks the option but the application is not updated. Any commands has to be used ? please help me

<td>radio1</td>
<td></td>

I uncheck the option using the check box not radio button. what command can be used for this.

which command are you using to uncheck the option is it "uncheck"
