Not able to wait until particular element is found

Hi,

I'm fine with Selenium RC (from last 6 months I'm working), & I'm new to WebDriver.

Please help me in some Webdriver concepts.

What is the command to wait until particular element/text present?
How can I capture Confirmations & Alerts?
How can I select a particular frame in the same page?

Please help me in this Regard,
