How the selenium tests should run Empty How the selenium tests should run

Have a query that I want to Run my junit test cases what should be
the flow of running test cases
Test case 1 is a Pre-requite to run Test Case 2
Now My question while I run test Case-2 I need to run Test Case-1 as
well,or I need to use a dedicated data base for Testing my selenium
scripts so that No need to run test case-1 as all-ready there exist a
record and we can use that to run my Test Case-2.
