My script is paused, why? Empty My script is paused, why?

Good morning!

I have a problem with a script execution. I run a Junit test in Firefox over a web aplication with Selenium Webdriver, but sometimes seems that the web pause the execution. It´s possible that the site detected the script?
I wonder this because it only happens when the script has a running time and without any condition or reason.
(I have reviewed many times the correct location of the web elements during automatic navigation)

Anybody help me please?

Good Morning!

Did you try to run in in debug mode?
Also, whether it is paused at a specific point or is paused randomly at any point?
