Problem with select in JavaScript

Hi all,
I have a problem with the select.
I used JavaScript and change the hidden object parameter. After trying a selection of the first and second fields, then the fields are not set.
But when I use the same code on the same field, it is well ...

Please help, what is wrong in this code?
