Web table, Webdriver selenium

How to read the web table using web driver say suppose https://seleniumforum.forumotion.net/memberlist.
My target is to first read the number of rows and then no of columns. Click on the column PM as per the user name .
How do I proceed with this. as the username may be dynamic as it may be changed anytime. Depending upon the username how to click on the corresponding PM link?
My query is to click on the PM link as per the username available on the table , the username needs to be stored in arraylist rite. Can some one provide me with full code on this with java or just steps to proceed.
