Unable to play recorded test cases in Selenium IDE

Hi Friends,

I'm new to selenium and using Selenium 2.0.0 with FireFox and the language is Java.

I have created a sample HTML page with two textboxes and buttons.


I did the following for recording my HTML page.

1. Opened HTML file in the browser

2. Opened Selenium IDE 2.0.0. using Tools -> Selenium IDE

3. I entered login name and password in the appropriate text boxes.

4. Then, clicked on Login (i.e. submit ) button in the browser

5. I stopped recording

If I click play button it is playing instead it is displaying error message in the log.

Please guide me how do I start learning selenium IDE.

This is far too general to help us troubleshoot. Can you give us the error message you are getting?
