Cons in selenium webDriver3.0.1 & 3.4 Empty Cons in selenium webDriver3.0.1 & 3.4

Hi All,

Is any one used webDriver 3.0.1 & 3.4 version ? If anyone used those latest version can you please share me what are the issues/cons you faced?
I heard like webDriver 3.0.1 is not consistently responding in case of Mouse hover Actions. 
Please share your experience & issues faced in using latest version.
