Running Selenium on a Locked Machine as a Scheduled Task
Wed May 11, 2011 9:03 pm
Hello.
I need Selenium to run as a scheduled task without the user being logged in. The problem is Selenium needs to run on windows unlocked to run properly. Is there a work around for this?
Idea:
Use VMWare to create a virtual machine.
Have Selenium Run on the VM as a scheduled task (which is unlocked).
Have the VM Run as a Scheduled task on my physical machine while locked.
I'm trying to figure out if this would work. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
