Automate a field not displayed

I want to pass a value to field(using Selenium-Java automation) which is not displayed in the webpage. This field is not hidden type. My objective is to pass a value to this field and proceed... Is it possible?

P.S:-  If I copy this part of html  code, paste in notepad, save it as html. Well, i can see the field displayed.
