Fri Apr 24, 2015 2:36 pm
Hi
I'm new in webdriver, can anyone help me to prevent from opening a new tab when clicking a link text
below is the codes :
Actions actions = new Actions(driver);
WebElement mainMenu = driver.findElement(By.linkText(firstCategory));
actions.moveToElement(mainMenu);
if (secondCategory == null) {
driver.manage().timeouts().implicitlyWait(5, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
driver.findElement(By.linkText(firstCategory)).click();
return;
}
driver.manage().timeouts().implicitlyWait(5, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
WebElement subMenu = driver.findElement(By.linkText(secondCategory));
actions.moveToElement(subMenu).click();
if (thirdCategory == null) {
return;
}
driver.manage().timeouts().implicitlyWait(5, TimeUnit.SECONDS);
driver.findElement(By.id(thirdCategory)).click();
}
Thanks
