Hello afzal,
Follow these steps.
1. Before start recording ,open any login page EX: Gmail
2.After installing IDE ,Go to Tools --> Selenium IDE
3.open it and Click on "Record"
4.Then Go to gmail page and Enter Login details.
5.After that stop recording and use the code to automate
