Starting Selenium Server Issue Empty Starting Selenium Server Issue

Hello i am trying to start the Selenium server through the command line but i am getting an error with Java it looks like. I have tried reinstalling the Java SE but i am getting the same error. Can anyone please assist me? i have attached a screen shot of the error i am getting in the command prompt.
