How to Generate Report in Selenium Web Driver

HI !!.

I m new to Selenium. Currently I am using Selenium Web Driver .

Now i am trying to generate Report for test results in HTML. I ve tried TestNG which automatically generates the Report.But i dont want that. I am looking for Step by step results as in QTP.

Please guide me.

you can log the results in excel format also..

Ya actually i am expecting that kind of report only in which it should have pass count and fail count of test scripts with timings.

try with FileWriter, BufferedWriter in java..
