Keysclass for modifire keys in c# does not work Empty Keysclass for modifire keys in c# does not work

Hi all,
I wanted to create a function that would set a combination of modifier keys CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to so that I can clear the cache of the browser.
But the send keys function for Keys class in selenium in c' does not seem to work
Any suggestions?

WebDriver launches the clean copy of browser by default.
Do you want to clear cache in middle of test?
