How do I open a particular email from Gmail using Selenium IDE?
Wed Jul 03, 2013 7:00 pm
Hi,
I'm testing our web application using Selenium IDE 2.0. The functionality is like this.
1. User will enter all the mandatory information in the registration page.
2. Once user clicked on the "Register" button, an email will be sent to his email address ( e.g. Gmail Account ).
3. Then, User has to log in to Gmail.
4. User has to click on the "particular" activation email from the inbox.
5. Then, he has to click on the "activation link"
6. User has to copy the "username" and "auto-generated password" from the inbox also.
FYI: I can able to login to Gmail with valid username and password but I'm unable to click on the particular message.
How do I perform these actions thru' Selenium IDE? Please guide me.
Note: The GMail text is looking like this.
Thanks in advance!
