Are there other ways to fetch/select window popup

"Help/SeleniumRC" was the popup title that i've been trying to fetch/select however, I was unable to figure out how to

I have tried:
getEval() < returns 
getAttributeFromAllWindows() 
getAllLinks() 
getAllWindowIds() 
getAllWindowNames() 
getAllWindowTitles() 

All of which fetches value from the parent window and not on the newly opened popup ("Help/SeleniumRC").

All of the methods mentioned above works on other window popup that's without a '/' on their title. Does the '/' character on the window popup title may cause this? If it its, are there any other ways to fetch/select that particular window?
