How to use User-Extension.js in Eclipse when Eclipse integrated with selenium standalone server

i have eclipse integrated with selenium standalone server and testNg.

I have to use Tooltip&Image_userExtenstion.js to read tool tip on mouse over in my AUT. Inorder to do this i have followed following steps

1. Extracted selenium-server-standalone-2.41.0.jar
2. Copied the code present in Tooltip&Image_userExtenstion.js and pasted to user-extension.js which is
present in core\scripts\user-extensions.js
3.closed the eclipse
4.Restarted the selenium-server-standalone-2.41.0.jar
5.Reopened the eclipse

when i was trying to do selenium.getElementToolTip in eclipse it says "method getElementToolTip is undefined for the type selenium.

Can someone please help in this regard.
