How can I select content in this section of html??

Code:

With this html, how can I select content without using any of the text??  This content may not be the same all the time, but I need to get to one of the selections within this html.   I have tried some things but to no avail.   The selection I go to does not matter but I would prefer it not be the first one.   Thanks in advance.
