How to convert selenium project into runnable jar file.

the project contains maven dependencies

·         How to make the executable jar files of the project(project having maven dependencies.(Testdata,test plan ,test cases,OR all are excel sheet) ).I have tried from internet but it is not working
·         What is jenkins and how I can use in the project.
·         Issue in the screen shot if I run the test cases in firefox full screenshot is properly taken by the framework but when I run in the chrome half the screenshot is coming

Its not nice idea to convert entire framework to executable jar..
Framework is designed to maintain the testcases and update wen needed require..
if u convert to jar,moto of framework is destructed...u cant update anything inside jar file..
