Attribute and text help needed for a project

I have this page:

I have Done following in Selenium IDE:
Command:
storeAttribute
Target:
//*[starts-with(@value,"S") and contains(@style,"ba")]@value
Value: x
This give me the text on the attribute. But how can I make selenium verify where I have a serial no. "1393557853" then there is this attribute. I tried with:
Command:
VerifyAtrribute
//*[contains(td[4],"1393557853")]/td[2]@value
Target:
I get error: [error] Element //tr[contains(td[4],"1393557853")]/td[2] not found

the URL asked for credentials. please provide that.
- How to get the tittle of a object (not window), bcz title holds the full text but inner text holds only 25 char of text (in RC and Webdriver)
- insert text in a text box of the console
- Verify text present when the text appears in more location in the page
- Locating by name attribute where name contains a space
