Write objectid/names to an excel sheet

I have a survey page where i have many check boxes, open end textboxes  and radio buttons. I need to write the object ids/names of these to an excel sheet. Can some one please help on this.

I can just suggest you use Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll library to interact with Excel file.
You need to make some Google queries search to know how to use (open, assign value to cell,...)
