folder path of tests -format?

folder path of tests -format? Empty folder path of tests -format?

should i follow any specific folder path..?
i mean can the folder name contain numbers, underscores , spaces?
will this effect the execution of tests in RC?

because in cmd prompt i have given the command correctly.
but i am getting error that the html suite file is not found....is it due to my folder name or path? Please help
