failed to open stram

I guys,
I have just installed the RC server and I am trying to run my php script but it keeps saying "failed to open stream" fopen(http://:/selenium-server/driver/?cmd=getNewBrowserSession&1=%2Afirefox&2=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2Fjb%2Ftest.php): failed to open stream: operation failed
The Server itself seems to be working as I can access it over my web browser.
Has somebody any clue for me how to solve this problem ?

- $this->open() OR $this->selenium->open() ???
- How do we run the failed testcases in webdriver
- Select dropdown is failed in IE
- When I run the selenium RC script, I am getting Failed to start new browser, Firefox 3 could not be found in the path!
- The requested URL could not be retrieved (Connection to 127.0.0.1 failed.)
