Unable to set focus on some popup using Selenium RC

Hi

I am very new to Selenium and currently trying to automate some use cases of my application. The application works only on IE so , selenium RC was my obvious choice. Now the problem is the popup which opens on clicking the link does not get the control after i do selenium.selectpopup(""). This problem is happening for some 2-3 different popups only , in the others I am able to successfully get the control and perform the type operations.

I am using C# as the programing language. Can any one help me in solving this.

selenium.GetAllWindowNames() -> returns a string array with names of all the windows.
selenium.selectWindow(windowId)-> selects the window with a particular window id

So you can get all the names and select a particular window whether its a pop up or some other.
