HTML in selenium ide

Can anyone help me out to clear out the below issue /

How to save test suite as html in selenium ide. I converted to .html, but the link doesn't works.

And any other option instead of using Pause. It makes the suit so slow during execution

I guess i found out. ( All the test cases and the suit must be in the same location)

1. [ href="Team creation.HTML"> Team creating ]in the suit as the extension will be missing in the default

I couldn't post the tag as the blog doesn't allows to do so.
