Unable to load the dll in the NUnit Empty Unable to load the dll in the NUnit

Hi All,

On loading the dll in the nunit getting the error message as
System.IO.FileLoadException:Could not load file assembly nunit.framework,version2.2.0.0,Culture=neutral,PublickeyToken=96d09a1eb7f44af' or one of its dependencies.The located assemblys manifest definition does not match the assembly reference.(Exception from HRESULT:0x80131040)

Please kindly provide me the solution.

Nunit version:2.5.5
.net version:4.0
