Run IDE HTML script format in .NET Empty Run IDE HTML script format in .NET

Hi guys!
I'm facing a big challenge about Selenium. I need to develop an windows app where I load a pre-recorded IDE script (in HTML format) and then the app reproduce the script using Selenui webdriver. I'm using .NET environment.
The main doubt: how can I programatically load IDE script in c#? The script can be in C# because the app will not compile the code to run the test.
