windows doen't exist error Empty windows doen't exist error

1)      I created one simple application in pega and trying to test this process selenium IDE But when i am trying to click the WO Button and some times when i click button (which in turn having one more field in it)  geting windows doen't exist error and i tried by changing the title (firebug html).

 n, Can anybody help on this. I am very new to selenium IDE. attaching screen shots.

i    I Would be really thankful to you if anybody  help on this.

Where are the screenshots?  I don't know what you are asking for. Is the issue there is a window displaying and Selenium IDE isnt able to see it? Is there even a new window? Please clarify
