Span not found Empty Span not found

This is clicking on a tab on a page. Using record function produces these commands but gets "span not found" when it is run:
clickAndWait
//span[@id='adminCenterTabs159']/div[2]/div[1]/ul/li[5]/a/span


Log output:

[info]Executing: |clickAndWait | //span[@id='adminCenterTabs159']/div[2]/div[1]/ul/li[5]/a/span | |
# [error] Element //span[@id='adminCenterTabs159']/div[2]/div[1]/ul/li[5]/a/span not found

How to work around this? Thanks!
